What to Appeal

A person may appeal decisions/actions arising from the Market Surveillance Directorate’s activities. These decisions may include decisions to:

  • Destroy seized goods,
  • Rejection of imported goods
  • Recall/withdraw of products from the market or
  • Issuance of public notices.

How to appeal

File a written appeal to the Standards Tribunal as required by section 11 of the Standards Act
